I LOVE THE INDIES

So I was approved by my friend, Jon, who is the webmaster for POP CULTURE SHOCK a website that is a huge hub for video games, movies, and COMICS!! Anyways, this will be similar to VH1's "Best week ever..", but a weekly blog where creators give the 411 on the latest mess that's going on in the industry. Mice Templar, Reilly-fied

So my good friend, Mike Oeming, asked me to contribute a pin-up for his newest creator owned project, Mice Templar. Here's a little diddy I came up with.

This weekend.

Did the Mid-Jersey Comic Con. Despite being sick, I had a good time. Just hungout with the friends and sold a few books, sketches and posters. Here's a snap shot of me working hard on those commsions and here's another of me with the winner for the art I donated for the auction.




In addition to doing this show I started work on my Mice Templar Pin-up for my good friend, Mike. I'll be posting that soon enough.

Short Story

As mentioned before, I've spent the last month and a half working on this short story for Manual Comics' "Mauled by Machines. These aren't final yet, however I felt that I should display a few pages just to show what I've been working on! Look for the book in June sometime.

Finally an update!

Well here's the latest....I've finally finished this 10 page short story for an anthology (all done in illustrator), which took a month and a half to do! Somewhat longer than I was expecting but none the less, it's done. So now I'm trying to play catch up with the other promised things like pin-ups, character designs, etc....So here's one of three promised pin-ups (for my friend @ Geek boy Press, Lou). Look for two more, hopefully soon and I will be posting a few pages from that short story! Enjoy. Click to enlarge.
